研究計劃主持人：陳宏明 教授
1. 與IIT Bombay教授Apurba Laha共同合作開發VCSEL散熱模擬之設計與製作，共同指導學生 Dhiman Nag，該生在交大訪問研究六個月，目前已返回印度準備博士學位口試。並與IIT Bombay教授Apurba Laha發表合作論文 Effect of Thermal Management on the Performance of VCSELs(IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON ELECTRON DEVICES) ”。
2. 洪瑞華教授與耶魯大學韓仲教授合作，並於ACS Photonics 2020, 7, 8, 2228–2235發表論文“ High-Bandwidth Green Semipolar (20−21) InGaN/GaN Micro Light-Emitting Diodes for Visible Light Communication”。
3. 洪瑞華教授與耶魯大學韓仲教授合作，並於Scientific Reports, vol.10, 15966 (2020)發表論文“Characterization of Semi-Polar (20-21) InGaN MicroLEDs”.。
4. 洪瑞華教授與Wright State UniversityDavid Look教授合作，並於Applied Physics Letters發表論文“Electrical and optical properties of degenerate and semi-insulating ZnGa2O4: Electron /phonon scattering elucidated by quantum magnetoconductivity”。
5. 洪瑞華教授與瑞典Linkoping University合作，並已通過STINT 3年雙方互訪計畫。
6. 葉柏辰同學108/9赴德國RWTH Aachen進行雙聯碩士研讀，選擇Micro- Nanoelectronics組，修課方面以電路設計和半導體製程為主，並於今年返回台灣，目前正在進行學校要求的企業實習學程，有助於實作經驗的能力。
