“3D stereo image reconstruction using Cyber-Physical sensing for growth monitoring of the fruit tree – A case study of Syzygium samarangense tree”, proposes that the several technology combination of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), drone swarm, Real Time Kinematic(RTK), 3D image reconstruction, hyperspectrum and heterogeneous image fusion applied on the growth monitoring, analysis and modeling of the fruit tree. The target try to build the several key modules including automatic control of UAV, control module of drone swarm, high speed wideband wifi connection, RTK module, 3D image reconstruction, heterogeneous image fusion and hyperspectrum analysis. The test site of the previous technology will be cooperated with the Fengshan Tropical Horticultural Experiment Branch and south-Taiwan farms. The project consists of four sub-projects :  I - 3D Intelligent photonics CPS vehicle with RTK;  II – 3D stereo image reconstruction and heterogeneous image fusion;  III – Research and detection of the fruit tree; IV – Test site and recording of the growth of the fruit tree. We hope the project will not increase the competition ability of Taiwan fruit only, but also create the new filed of the application of Intelligent mechanical industry.
